Doctor Hand Puppet

Supplies Needed:

• Doctor character coloring page printout
• Crayons, markers or colored pencils
• Scissors
• Paper bag or cardstock for puppet base
• Glue or tape
• Googly eyes or markers (optional)

Instructions:

1. Color your doctor drawing brightly and vividly.
2. Cut out the doctor shape, leaving an extra inch at the bottom.
3. Create a hand puppet base from a paper bag or cardstock.
4. Glue or tape the doctor cutout to the puppet base.
5. Once dry, add googly eyes or draw on a friendly doctor face!
6. Use your new doctor puppet for nurturing pretend play.

Doctor Badge

What You’ll Need:

• “Hello My Name Is” doctor badge coloring page
• Crayons, markers or colored pencils
• Scissors
• Cardstock, foam sheet or thick paper
• Glue, tape or safety pin
• String or ribbon (optional)

Here’s How:

1. Color the doctor badge design however you’d like.
2. Cut out the badge shape carefully.
3. Glue, tape or use a safety pin to attach it to cardstock, foam or thick paper.
4. Optional: Punch a hole and thread with string/ribbon to make a necklace badge.
5. Let it dry fully before wearing your new doctor badge with pride!

Stethoscope Craft

Gather These:

• Stethoscope coloring page printout
• Red and black markers/colored pencils
• Scissors
• Two empty toilet paper tubes
• Glue, tape or stapler

Steps:

1. Color the stethoscope image using red and black.
2. Cut out the stethoscope pieces carefully.
3. Take the two toilet paper tubes and connect them into a “V” shape.
4. Glue, tape or staple the colored stethoscope pieces onto the tubes.
5. Let it dry completely before using your new pretend stethoscope!

You’ll Need:

• Empty cereal box, shoebox or folder
• Glue or tape

Instructions:

1. Color and cut out different doctor tools/equipment from the coloring pages.
2. Decorate an empty cereal box, shoebox or folder as a doctor bag/carrier.
3. Glue or tape the colored tools onto the carrier’s interior.

Supplies:

• Cardstock or construction paper
• Glue or tape

Let’s Make It:

1. Color your doctor drawing with bright and cheerful colors.
2. Cut out the doctor shape carefully.
3. Fold a piece of cardstock or construction paper in half to create a card.
4. On the center crease, glue or tape the doctor leaving the top half unattached.
